TRENTON AREA SOUP KITCHEN (hereinafter “TASK”) maintains the website www.trentonsoupkitchen.org through which it provides information on its mission and opportunities for the general public to participate in and support that mission through volunteerism and financial donations. By visiting and using the TASK Website and participating in TASK’s services, you agree, on behalf of yourself and all members of your household and others who use the Website to the following conditions. If you choose to donate, TASK will collect contact information, name, organization, address, phone number, email address, and information that you choose to share such as questions, comments, and suggestions, and requests to receive periodic updates. TASK will take all reasonable steps to protect and maintain the privacy of that information within TASK’s database. TASK does not sell, trade, or otherwise share donors’ personal or contact information with third parties. We will not send mailings to our donors on behalf of other organizations.
Financial Privacy Policy. TASK is committed to protecting donors’ private financial information. We value your online donations and support. All information provided by you as part of your donation will be maintained in the utmost confidential manner. Any financial information by TASK or via the TASK Website will be kept in a secured manner and will only be used as authorized by you and as required for accounting or auditing purposes. TASK utilizes a secured third-party credit card processing service committed to data privacy and security. TASK observes all privacy laws and regulations to protect your information.
Removal from Mailing List. If you wish to be removed from our mailing list, please contact us. We will make every effort to remove you from future mailings. Thereafter, your contact information will only be maintained in TASK’s database as required by law and/or best practices for our accounting and auditing procedures.

Civil Rights Statement (English)
In accordance with federal civil rights law and U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) civil rights regulations and policies, TASK is prohibited from discriminating on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex (including gender identity and sexual orientation), disability, age, or reprisal or retaliation for prior civil rights activity.
Program information may be made available in languages other than English. To file a program discrimination complaint, a Complainant should complete a Form AD-3027, USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form which can be obtained online at: https://www.usda.gov/sites/default/files/documents/ad-3027.pdf, from any USDA office, by calling (866) 632-9992, or by writing a letter addressed to USDA. The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation.
