TASK’s case managers help solve some of our patrons’ most pressing and difficult problems. Lack of housing, employment, or simply valid ID – all of these can be roadblocks to self-sufficiency, a better quality of life, and ending hunger for good.
Acquiring them often requires navigating a daunting maze of bureaucracy. Working with dozens of community partners, our on-site Case Management team connects those in need with resources such as identification, housing, clothing, medical care, veterans’ services and more. Our case managers work tirelessly on behalf of our patrons, offering support without judgment.
