TASK's Board of Trustees is thrilled to announce that Amy Flynn will become the next CEO of TASK, effective January 21, 2025. "I am excited to build upon TASK’s rich legacy and look forward to collaborating with its many friends, supporters and community partners to further its mission of serving those in need," says Flynn.

TASK has dramatically expanded its footprint to help feed the growing number of people who are food insecure in our area.  Nearly 40,000 of our neighbors don't know where their next meal is coming from!  

On Friday, September 13, TASK hosted our third annual community meal & BBQ to commemorate Hunger Action Month, a time when relief agencies join together to raise awareness about food insecurity, which is surging across the U.S.

Over the fiscal year ending July 2024, TASK’s output surged 27 percent! The agency served 596,454 meals at 40 community meal sites. We also launched a new mobile soup kitchen and marked a sobering milestone – more than 7 million meals served since 1982.
